2. Print-on-Demand Service

We are a print-on-demand store. This means that we do not hold inventory. When you place an order, we send your design to a third-party production partner who prints and ships the item directly to you.

Production Time: Please note that there will be a production time before your item is shipped. This can vary depending on the product and the current order volume.
Shipping: Shipping times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Order Fulfillment: We rely on our production partners to fulfill your orders. While we strive to work with reliable partners, we are not responsible for errors or issues that arise from their production or shipping processes.

3. User Content and Intellectual Property

User Submissions: Some of our products may allow you to submit your own designs, images, or other content ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for your User Content.
Ownership: You retain all intellectual property rights in your User Content. However, by submitting User Content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order.
Representations and Warranties: By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:
    * You own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use and submit the User Content.
    * The User Content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party.
    * The User Content is not illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your User Content or your breach of these intellectual property provisions.

4. Orders and Payment

5. Returns and Refunds

No Returns/Exchanges: Because our products are custom-made on demand, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

We will require a photo of the damaged item and the packaging to assess the issue. We will work with you to find a solution, which may include a replacement or a refund.
Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, WY.
