Because our products are custom-made on demand, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at printitforme[at]com-intra.net (replace [at] with @) within 7 days of receiving your order. We will require a photo of the damaged item and the packaging to assess the issue. We will work with you to find a solution, which may include a replacement or a refund.

Incorrect Address:
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
